We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for leading a team of Educators to deliver high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs
- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices
- Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment that meets the needs of all children
- Develop and implement educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
