About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Murrumba Downs. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for leading a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs and ensuring the highest quality care for our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices
  • Ensure the safety and inclusivity of all children in the centre

About Goodstart Murrumba Downs:

  • We have 75 places in our centre
  • Our centre is located in a quiet residential area, conveniently close to local schools, shops, and facilities
  • We provide care for children aged from six weeks to 5 years old
  • We have been operating since 2003 and are the only child care centre in Murrumba Downs

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
