At our fashion brand, we're looking for a Sales Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has a true passion for fashion and exceptional customer service skills.

About the Role:

  • We're seeking an individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through knowledgeable service and seamless execution of operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively recommend products to customers.
  • Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, ensuring all customers feel valued and supported.
  • Manage stock levels and loss prevention to maintain efficient operations and minimize losses.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are met, maintaining a visually appealing store that showcases our latest collections.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
