Tax Software Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Tax Software Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Professional Services group, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of implementation projects for tax software products.

  • Deliver implementation projects for tax software products, including advising clients as the technical subject matter expert and providing training.
  • Be involved in sales enablement activities by scoping and selling the value of our tax software products and services to new and existing customers.
  • Deliver multiple implementation projects at the same time, working alongside a project manager.
  • Enable client retention and relationship management efforts by supporting the client relationship managers in their dealings with customers as the technical expert.
  • Prepare guides, implementation reports, training manuals and other documentation as required.
  • Deliver training sessions and webinars to clients.

For this role, we are looking for someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, who can explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of experience in Australian tax.
  • Understanding of tax effect accounting and its practical applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
