Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at our OSHC service in Bells Creek. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children in a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing programs that promote children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development;
  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive and collaborative community;
  • Participating in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on children's progress and wellbeing.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines);
  • A current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check);
  • A passion for working with school-aged children in a self-directed play-based environment;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
