Corporate Learning Strategist
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Corporate Learning Strategist to lead our learning and development initiatives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies to enhance workforce capabilities and drive business outcomes.
- Conduct needs analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs to ensure effective learning transfer.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify future capability needs and align learning initiatives to support long-term workforce sustainability.
- Establish and maintain networks to drive engagement in workforce initiatives and promote a culture of continuous learning.
- Lead the adoption and integration of digital learning technologies and innovative delivery methods to enhance accessibility and engagement.
- Develop and implement robust evaluation frameworks to measure the effectiveness, impact, and return on investment of learning and development initiatives.
- Identify and manage risks associated with learning and development activities, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver high-quality training programs that meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Conduct regular assessments of learning needs and recommend adjustments to learning strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop relevant and engaging content.
• Design and implement evaluation frameworks to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Education, Training and Development, Organizational Development).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.
• Proven track record of developing and delivering effective learning strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience with digital learning technologies and innovative delivery methods.
