Job Title: Senior Associate - Corporate, M&A

A top-tier corporate law firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join their Corporate, M&A practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on new challenges and contribute to the growth of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising on corporate transactions, including public and private M&A, ECM, joint ventures, restructures, and corporate governance matters.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documentation and agreements.
  • Managing complex transactions, coordinating with clients, advisers, and stakeholders.
  • Mentoring junior lawyers, contributing to training and team leadership.
  • Supporting business development initiatives and client relationship management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 6 years' post-admission experience in corporate law.
  • Strong experience advising on M&A and equity capital markets matters.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex matters with autonomy and professionalism.
  • A collaborative, client-focused mindset.
