**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Nutrition and Careline Associate to support the day-to-day operation of our Australia and New Zealand careline service. This role will involve managing general enquiries and complaints received via various channels, as well as supporting the implementation of our global nutrition strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage, monitor, and respond to all general level enquiries, stock related queries, and complaints.
  • Proactively drive all points of contact towards resolution and escalate where appropriate.
  • Provide nutritional assessment and product advice to healthcare professionals and consumers.
  • Research and read clinical papers to consolidate information and extract substantiating claims.
  • Support the development and maintenance of careline enquiry and complaint related resources like our 'Frequently Asked Questions'.
  • Review website and blog content, including product reviews.

**Requirements**

  • Nutrition or Food Science background with a solid understanding of nutritional terminology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and calm demeanour.
  • Demonstrated experience in a resolution focused customer or client facing role.
  • People centric and able to get along with others at all levels within the business.
  • Inquisitive mindset and willingness to share ideas and viewpoint constructively.
  • IT proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Recently graduated Bachelor of Science with a nutrition related major or similar qualification.
  • Qualified Dietitian with APD status preferrable.
