Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team in the Lobby Lounge. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Creatng a welcoming atmosphere and providing friendly and attentive service to all guests
  • Assisting with food and beverage orders, including taking reservations and seating guests
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including setting up and maintaining service areas and stations
  • Providing excellent communication skills and being able to work effectively as part of a team

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current and valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification
  • Previous work experience in Hospitality or Customer Service is desirable
  • A high level of interpersonal skills in both oral and written communication
  • Time management and ability to follow directions
  • Good communication skills
  • Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
  • Excellent grooming standards
