Trade Counter Assistant Role

We are seeking a Trade Counter Assistant to join our team in Osborne Park. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy providing customer service and want to develop their career.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Providing Customer Service: Assist plumbers and other tradespeople with accessing products for building and renovation projects, undertake other tasks that keep the branch running smoothly.
  2. Product Knowledge: Provide accurate information about products, assist customers with product inquiries.
  3. Order Management: Pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  4. Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and tidy workspace, adhere to company policies and procedures.
  5. Driving: Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.

About the Role

This role involves working in a fast-paced trade environment, assisting customers with their queries, and ensuring timely delivery of products. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy working with people, and are able to work in a team environment, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
  • A valid driver's licence
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends
