Job Summary:

E4 Recruitment is seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Manager to lead our care team in providing exceptional services to our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight to our care team, ensuring high standards of care and quality of life for our residents.
  • Care Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that promote the well-being and dignity of our residents.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of dedicated nurses and support staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to deliver exceptional care.
  • Onboarding and Induction: Develop and implement effective onboarding and induction programs to ensure new employees are adequately trained and supported.
  • Clinical Audits: Conduct regular clinical audits to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to ensure continuous quality improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with families, allied health professionals, and stakeholders to enhance resident well-being and quality of life.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a care management role, preferably in a leadership position.
  • Qualifications: AHPRA registered Nurse with strong clinical and people management skills.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role within the aged care sector.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in aged care.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to patient care.
