Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Programmer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing 2D and 3D geometrical parts using programming skills, creating programs for 4 and 5 axis CNC machines using MasterCAM software, analyzing new job orders and updating existing programs and setup sheets, producing work instructions in the form of setup sheets, troubleshooting programs on the CNC Floor and identifying special tooling needs, collaborating with Manufacturing Engineers on machining processes and maintaining a high level of safety.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have 5 years' experience programming 4 & 5 axis CNC machines using MasterCAM, as well as expertise in high speed machining and knowledge of tooling, fixturing, and materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5 years' experience programming 4 & 5 axis CNC machines using MasterCAM
  • CNC milling experience and knowledge of tooling, fixturing, and materials
  • High speed machining expertise and strong communication and problem-solving skills
