Job Responsibilities:

- Programming to develop 2D and 3D geometrical parts
- 4 and 5 axis programming using MasterCAM software
- Program and analyze new job orders
- Update existing programs and setup sheets
- Creates work instructions in the form of setup sheets
- Troubleshoots programs on the CNC Floor
- Identifies special tooling and requisitions
- Work with Manufacturing Engineers on machining processes
- Maintain the highest degree of safety always
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- 5 years’ experience programming 4 & 5 axis CNC machines using MasterCAM
- 5 years’CNC milling experience
- Tooling, fixturing, and material knowledge along with the ability to read blueprints
- High speed machining experience
- Strong communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in and thrive in a fast-paced environment
