About the Role

bestchance Child Family Care is seeking an exceptional individual to join our dedicated Children's Therapy team as a Team Manager on a Fixed-Term contract. Reporting to the Program Manager - Children's Therapy Services, you will provide clinical leadership to our team of therapists and more broadly to the whole Allied Health team to provide high quality services, integrating the developmental and therapeutic needs of children in order to increase children's meaningful participation in daily life.

About You
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience working with children as a Speech Pathologist, Psychologist or Occupational Therapist
  • Experience as a Key Worker within Early Childhood Intervention also highly advantageous but not mandatory
  • Demonstrated highly developed skills in communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation
  • Experience in the supervision and mentorship of Allied Health professionals
  • A proven track record in being a team player, with an ability to develop rapport and positive working relationships
  • An ability to organise, analyse and utilise service provision, performance and evaluation data
  • Ability to develop rapport and positive working relationships with stakeholders and families from a broad range of social and cultural backgrounds
  • Experience in managing and taking accountability for a team budget including revenue and expenses (or a willingness to learn how)
