Job Description

Konekt is seeking an experienced Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to assist clients in returning to meaningful engagement in their occupations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the treatment and rehabilitation needs of workers with work-related or non-work-related injuries or illnesses
  • Help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications, and interests
  • Perform assessments depending on clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic, or activities of daily living assessments
  • Manage client cases effectively to plan, coordinate, and monitor progress toward return to work goals
  • Foster relationships with stakeholders to facilitate business objectives
Requirements
  • Registration with relevant professional bodies
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application
