Real Estate Law Secretary with Development Expertise

About the Role: As a motivated and energetic Legal Secretary, you will be supporting our client's highly regarded Real Estate and Projects team at Partner level. You will have exposure in areas such as developments and the sale and purchase of commercial, industrial, residential, and retail properties. With a wide range of Australian and International clients, you will be working closely with a dynamic team to provide exceptional service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drafting and Document Management: You will be responsible for drafting, amending, reformatting, and collating documents with precision and accuracy.
- File Management: Effective file management will ensure seamless access to critical information.
- Diary Management: Organising your diary efficiently will enable you to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Client Management: You will assist with managing clients and third parties, ensuring prompt communication and resolution of queries.
- Meeting Arrangements: Coordinating meetings with stakeholders will require strong organisational skills.
- Online Searches: Conducting online searches will be essential for staying up-to-date on industry developments.
- Monthly Billing: Accurate monthly billing will ensure timely payment from clients.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 2 Years of Property Experience: A proven track record of working as a property Legal Secretary for at least 2 years.
- Time Management: Strong time management skills are crucial for meeting deadlines and handling multiple tasks.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
- Proactive Approach: A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work will drive success in this role.

About the Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 depending on experience.
