You will collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

About this role
  • This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday 6.00am to 6.45pm.

We are seeking an experienced Room Lead who will hit the ground running, with strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing leadership and guidance to the team to ensure high-quality educational programs.
  • Observing and assessing children's learning and development to inform teaching practices.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement educational programs that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Maintaining accurate records of children's progress and development.
  • Ensuring the centre's policies and procedures are implemented and maintained.
