About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Educator to take on a leadership position in our centre. As an Educational Leader, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the team, ensuring high standards of educational practices.

You will have a strong background in early childhood education, with leadership experience and the ability to support and mentor a team of educators. You will be passionate about early childhood learning and curriculum development, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children.
  • Collaborate with the Centre Director to enhance educational outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to other educators.
  • Support the team with immediate needs, especially during staff shortages.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check.
