Senior Engineering Governance Specialist
- A senior specialist in engineering governance required to execute and maintain the lifecycle of engineering standards, including documentation, communication, and technical enforcement.
- Develop and implement end-to-end lifecycle management of engineering standards, ensuring alignment with industry best practice and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate engineering standards and frameworks into existing processes.
- Evaluate and refine central repositories for standards, approved technologies, and related documentation.
- Craft regular content for communications channels to ensure visibility and understanding of standards across the organization.
- Support technology evaluation and adoption processes, enabling engineers to propose, review, and adopt new technologies and practices.
- Analyze adoption and effectiveness of standards, identifying opportunities for improvement and enhanced assurance.
- Provide guidance on engineering governance activities, particularly around process lifecycle management and integration with existing systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in engineering principles, standards, and best practices.
- Proactive mindset, detail-oriented approach, and ability to drive initiatives from conception to operationalisation.
- Ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement and lead change efforts.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including tooling such as Jira and Confluence.
