About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join our team at Future You. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality legal services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and advise on matters involving ASIC, APRA, ACCC, and SIRA
  • Provide regulatory engagement and associated remediation programs
  • Identify and advise on issues that may impact the firm
  • Project management and other related tasks
Requirements
  • 8+ years of post-qualification experience gained in-house or from a leading law firm
  • Experience in commercial disputes, financial services regulatory, and general commercial contracts
  • Knowledge of general insurance products, claims, and coverage issues
  • A driven individual who enjoys building business and stakeholder relationships
