
Clinical Training Specialist

Promote high-quality patient care and a safe environment by developing and maintaining training programs that ensure compliance with industry protocols.
This role involves creating and delivering the Annual Competency training program, assessing staff compliance with National Standards, and working with stakeholders to identify training needs and areas of risk.
Develop tailored training programs for staff requiring specific skills and address training gaps. Create content for the ELMO online training platform and system maintenance, and oversee accurate recording and reporting of staff attendance and training provided.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver training programs promoting high-quality patient care and safety.
- Create and deliver tailored training programs addressing specific staff skills and training gaps.
- Work with stakeholders to identify training needs and areas of risk.
- Maintain accurate records of staff attendance and training provided.
This role requires a staff member with a substantive role of ATA/Paramedic when not performing training or other project duties.
Essential qualifications include experience in clinical training, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
