Clinical Skills Training Specialist

We are seeking a skilled educator to join our team as a Senior Clinical Skills and Simulation Educator. This role will involve coordinating and delivering clinical skills training and simulation activities within high- and low-fidelity learning environments.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and deliver clinical skills training and simulation activities
- Develop and implement educational innovations in collaboration with the clinical teaching staff
- Provide guidance and support to junior educators and students
- Qualification in a relevant health discipline
- Maintenance of currency in registration from the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Experience in practical teaching and learning design, development, and delivery at undergraduate level
- High-level experience in the development and delivery of skills teaching and simulated learning in healthcare settings
- 17% Superannuation and leave loading
- Flexible working arrangements
- Additional 3 days of leave over the Christmas period
