A key role awaits for an experienced Operational Project Manager to join our innovative team at Ticketek, a pioneering live entertainment ticketing technology company based in Sydney. As we continue to drive growth and evolve our ticketing applications and services, we seek a skilled and motivated project manager to drive our projects forward and ensure exceptional product delivery across multiple teams and projects.

About this OpportunityThis exciting opportunity is for a seasoned Project Manager to manage and coordinate a portfolio of complex projects across multiple scrums, blending Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate. You will be responsible for overseeing high-impact initiatives, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring resources are aligned to meet project goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading project management for product development initiatives, coordinating across multiple scrums and ensuring project requirements and timelines are met.
- Driving project execution from planning to delivery, adapting Agile and Waterfall methodologies based on project and team needs.
- Facilitating and managing stakeholder relationships across departments and with external partners, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilizing project management tools (JIRA and Confluence) to organize, document, and communicate project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product owners, to deliver outstanding results and exceed customer expectations.
What We Offer
