Administrative professionals are sought after for a challenging role within the insurance sector.

Responsibilities will include:
  1. Review historical travel insurance claims to identify errors, inconsistencies or missed entitlements.
  2. Reassess declined or partially paid claims in line with updated guidelines or remediation criteria.
  3. Interpret and analyse detailed case notes, supporting documents and claim outcomes.
  4. Accurately calculate any owed amounts, including handling currency conversions.
  5. Record remediation decisions with clear and detailed notes for audit and compliance purposes.
  6. Navigate internal claims processing systems and tools to locate and update records.
  7. Follow standard remediation processes and contribute to process improvements where applicable.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases.
  9. Work to strict timelines and targets while maintaining high accuracy and confidentiality.
  10. Operate within a structured, high-volume environment requiring repetition and consistency.
Requirements:
  1. Processing orders/claims
  2. Experience working within a legislative framework
  3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving
  4. Ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly
Benefits:
  • Initial duration: five weeks, with a strong possibility of extension.
  • $35.86 per hour + super + penalties outside of Monday to Friday, 7am-7pm.
  • Weekends required.
  • Remote work from home possible once training is completed (one week).
