Job Title: Content Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the publication of web and desktop content, ensuring high-quality standards are met for both internal and external audiences. The ideal candidate will have expertise in publishing services, with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and readability.

  • Provide high-level publishing services to meet required standards for publishing on the Intranet and internet site.
  • Oversee updates and notifications of legislation impacting policing, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain and update authoritative publications, such as the Handbook of Delegations and Authorities.
  • Maintain and update registers, including the Register for Executive Directions, and arrange publication in the Police Gazette.
  • Maintain a central Rewards Register and publish rewards on the internet site.
  • Provide written and verbal advice on policy documents.
  • Monitor and assist in the development and maintenance of spreadsheets and databases used by the Unit.
  • Contribute to ongoing development and modification of office procedures and systems.
