Job Title

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineering Graduate to join our team in cement manufacturing.

This role is ideal for someone ready to move beyond textbooks and take on real-world engineering challenges, contributing to the performance, reliability, and improvement of large-scale mechanical systems and maintenance operations.

You will work closely with experienced engineers and maintenance professionals in a supportive, collaborative environment. This is a unique opportunity to be mentored by industry experts and gain meaningful project experience from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with root cause investigations and reliability-focused problem solving
  • Help develop maintenance strategies and procedures
  • Support and deliver Sustain in Business projects to improve equipment performance
  • Collaborate with site engineers, maintenance managers, and trades teams
  • Contribute to operational support across multiple sites

You will be exposed to a variety of engineering initiatives, playing a key role in ensuring our manufacturing assets operate safely and efficiently.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably with a focus on maintenance or reliability
  • Solid understanding of mechanical systems and engineering principles
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office
  • A valid driver's license (site travel required)
  • A proactive, inquisitive mindset with strong communication skills
  • Confidence engaging with various stakeholders across teams
