This role provides a launchpad for becoming a retail investment leader, with direct exposure to C-suite executives, institutional investors, and transformational deals.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Drive Complex Transactions: Oversee end-to-end sale campaigns for retail assets, coordinate due diligence processes, and meet critical transaction timelines through effective stakeholder management.
  • Build Lasting Client Partnerships: Develop strong client relationships, provide regular updates and comprehensive reports, and respond promptly to client inquiries.
  • Lead Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research, prepare comprehensive market reports and presentations, and monitor economic indicators and their potential impact on the retail property sector.
  • Create Compelling Investment Stories: Assist in creating high-quality pitch materials and investment memorandums, prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, investors, and stakeholders, and contribute to marketing strategies for retail assets.

Critical Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of retail property investment, valuation, or capital markets experience.
  • Financial modelling skills, with strong proficiency in Excel and other relevant software.
  • Deep retail fundamentals knowledge: NOI optimisation, tenant mix strategies, cap rate dynamics.
