  • Provide prompt and courteous member service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Prepare and package bakery items, including weighing and labeling products, and stocking and rotating display cases.
  • Follow Costco formulas and diagrams to ensure consistency and quality standards are met.
  • Comply with health regulations, including sanitation, temperatures, and pull dates, and uphold safety and security procedures.
  • Restock and handle large boxes of ingredients and supplies, and clean equipment and department areas.
  • Fill out time and temperature record forms, and record product to be salvaged, damaged, or destroyed for Manager audit.
  • Clean all areas, including sweeping, mopping, spraying, wiping, scrubbing, and low-pressure washing, and emptying drain screens and trash.
  • Operate trash compactor and cardboard baler, and assist bakers and other staff with general duties.

Non-Essential Functions and Tasks:

  • Assist other areas in the department as necessary.
