Marketing and Client Experience Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Client Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for implementing effective marketing strategies and initiatives that drive results and enhance the client experience.

Your primary objective will be to support the development, execution, and reporting of the annual marketing and client experience strategy. This will involve working closely with the Marketing and Client Experience Manager to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote services and programs
  • Collaborate with service teams to deliver marketing and client experience programs across the organization
  • Work with external partners to source creative agencies, print and signage vendors, merchandise suppliers, and media agencies
  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, adhering to the site style guide and inclusion principles

To succeed in this role, you will require 2-3 years of experience in generalist marketing, client experience, and community engagement. You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong project management skills, and proficiency in graphic design software such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
