Job Description:

The Sales Merchandiser is responsible for developing and implementing visual merchandising strategies, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting store operations. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for career growth within our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and meet customer needs.
  • Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring customers receive a tailored shopping experience.
  • Maintain store appearance, adhering to visual and operational standards.
  • Support store operations, including opening/closing routines, register functions, and back-office procedures.
  • Schedule and manage visual changes, promotional displays, and product replenishment.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of retail sales experience, preferably in visual merchandising or specialty retail.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and achieving visual merchandising goals.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
