Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver memorable guest experiences through exceptional customer service and interaction
  • Drive sales by upselling, sharing product knowledge, and engaging proactively with guests
  • Work collaboratively with your team to understand daily goals and challenges and succeed together
  • Take pride in your venue by ensuring it's well-stocked and ready to impress at all times
  • Become an expert in all areas of the venue and consistently deliver high-quality service across various roles
  • Foster a safe and inclusive environment for guests and colleagues alike by following all safety and compliance procedures
  • Anticipate guests' needs and go above and beyond to ensure their experience is nothing short of amazing

  • Customer service, hospitality, or retail experience, with a love for building strong relationships with customers
  • A love for interacting with diverse groups of guests - teens, kids, and adults alike
  • Great availability, including weekends and nights
  • A valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate or willingness to obtain one
