We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Service Employee. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personal care and assistance to meet individual needs of our consumers.
- Build strong, positive relationships with our residents and provide support in maintaining their independence.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure resident-centered care plans are implemented effectively.
- Contribute to a supportive and inclusive team environment that prioritizes resident satisfaction and staff development.
Requirements:
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Experience assisting with medication
- Understanding of WHS and infection control principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
