Trade Assistant Role DescriptionAbout the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Trade Assistant to join our team. This role will provide support to our maintenance and minor project activities, ensuring the highest standard of quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support maintenance and minor project activities, including roof and gutter cleaning, graffiti removal, and minor repairs such as carpentry and painting.
  • Assist skilled trades teams with general laboring duties, working safely at heights using appropriate equipment.
Requirements:
  • Nationwide Construction Induction Card (White Card)
  • Class C driver's licence
  • Elevated Work Platform Licence (EWP) and other relevant certifications desirable
  • Demonstrated experience in trade maintenance or construction support
  • Strong communication, willingness to learn, and collaborative mindset
