Teaching and Guidance Professional

We are seeking a skilled educator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-quality customer service, connecting with guests, and sharing knowledge about products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Experience:
  • Interact with customers in a manner that values their time and provides excellent service.
  • Assess customers' needs to provide customized solutions and support.
  • Provide technical product education by explaining the value and benefit of products.
  • Facilitate a seamless end-to-end guest experience by conducting accurate transactions and executing programs according to company standards.
  • Maintain a dynamic presence on the sales floor to continuously engage with guests and attend to their needs.
  • Receive feedback from guests and partner with store leadership to address any concerns and improve the guest experience.
  • Inform guests about local community programs and initiatives.

  • Utilize in-store technology to support store operations and provide positive guest experiences.
