Enhance Patient Care with a Virtual Health Professional

A highly skilled Registered Nurse is sought to provide expert health guidance and support to individuals across Australia. This exciting role involves working collaboratively with callers to assess symptoms, offer recommendations for care, and refer to appropriate services.

The successful candidate will possess unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a clinical setting. Strong communication skills and the ability to apply critical thinking in high-pressure situations are essential.

This part-time or full-time position offers flexibility and variety, with shifts ranging from 2 to 10 hours per week. Operational hours will be between 5 PM – 5 AM, Monday to Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive telephone assessments of patients' health concerns
  • Provide accurate and timely information on symptoms and conditions
  • Offer recommendations for care and refer to appropriate services when necessary
Requirements:
  • Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • At least 3 years' experience in a clinical setting as a Registered Nurse
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
