Responsibilities and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and qualifications, including:

  • A current, unrestricted Psychiatrist license in CA
  • Current DEA registration
  • A valid CPR card
  • Board certification
  • Eligibility or qualification by state laws/regulations to practice psychiatry
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in primary care specialty of psychiatrist with administrative experience
  • Strong written communication and verbal skills
  • Strong computer skills

The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining overall clinical responsibility for mental health programs within the facility, overseeing screenings and evaluations, performing sick calls, conducting rounds, and coordinating educational training activities.
