As a Clinical Coordination Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering best-practice clinical services to our clients. The Day-to-Day:

  • Coordinate the intake, assessment, and resource allocation for Incident Management services.
  • Scope acute-care environments, crisis situations, and complex disaster events.
  • Strategically allocate clinical providers to incident management requests, ensuring timely intervention.
  • Oversee administrative functions related to service delivery, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Gather sensitive customer information, providing clarity and support.
  • Assess request urgency and assign qualified providers to deliver prompt intervention.
  • Manage competing priorities, maintaining high levels of professionalism and empathy in high-pressure situations.
  • Direct internal stakeholders with service-related queries and issues, ensuring smooth service delivery.
