We are seeking a highly skilled Import Operations Specialist to join our team at PATH4 Group in Brisbane. As an Import Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing import operations, ensuring seamless coordination of air and ocean shipments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Import Operations Management: Manage import operations from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of shipments.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to import customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely completion of import documentation, adhering to all relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth logistics operations, including transportation and shipping.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports to track import operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in import operations, air and ocean freight forwarding, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Certifications: DG certification or equivalent is highly valued.
