About the Role

As a Logistics Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient coordination and scheduling of our fleet and staff movements. This position requires a highly motivated individual who is focused on safety and has excellent communication skills.

This role reports directly to the Operations Manager and involves coordinating customer bookings and deliveries in a timely and efficient manner. You will be responsible for building relationships with our current customer base and providing exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar role, preferably in transport and logistics. They will also possess strong computer literacy skills and attention to detail.

A key aspect of this role is compliance with regulatory requirements, including COR, NHVAS, BFM, and Mass Management accreditation systems. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing fatigue compliance and will be willing to work a rotating out-of-hours roster.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
