Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define and prioritize technology investments.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.
- Research, review, and evaluate projects activities in specific operational or technical areas.
- Prepare and review written material, including business cases, plans, reports, and executive briefs.
- Support innovation, manage and lead change, and contribute to business improvement strategies.
- 5+ years' experience in IT management, finance, or a related field.
- Experience with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and IT cost management frameworks.
- Demonstrated understanding of Fin Ops and TBM principles.
- Demonstrated ability to provide independent assessment and recommendations about future budget pressures.
- Ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of technology trends and investment.
- Demonstrated advanced modeling and Excel skills.
- Proven understanding of ICT investment and architecture principles.
