Night and Weekend Duty Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Lead Team Member for night and weekend shifts at our cinema. This role requires someone with exceptional people skills, enthusiasm, drive, and a genuine can-do attitude.
The key responsibilities of this position include operational responsibility for the cinema, maintaining a guest focus, working closely with senior management, and revenue and financial responsibility.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a high level of energy, at least 12 months experience in a supervisory role or similar position, superior organisational and multi-tasking skills, and a hunger for professional growth and development.
Key Accountabilities:
- Operational responsibility for the cinema ensuring all departments follow correct service procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintaining a guest focus with an emphasis on delivering quality service and striving to exceed this standard.
- Work closely with senior management to ensure a positive and energetic team culture.
- Revenue and financial responsibility including meeting revenue targets and KPIs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
