Job Description

As a Production Manager, you will oversee daily production operations in steel and aluminum fabrication to ensure output meets quality and delivery requirements.

  • Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and throughput.
  • Work with the Project Manager to ensure timely and quality execution.
  • Ensure all projects are executed on time, within scope, and in compliance with client requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues, delays, or risks in coordination with site managers.
  • Align relevant departments on operational goals and timelines for smooth communication and workflow between teams.
  • Monitor expenditures related to factory operations, site erection, and logistics for cost-effective project delivery.
  • Lead regular client meetings and site visits to provide progress updates and address any issues or concerns.
  • Track revenue streams and expenses for accurate financial reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Relevant certifications in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Project Management (PMP)
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in operations management within steel with a strong focus on steel production, erection, and project management
  • Strong knowledge of steel production processes, including fabrication, welding, and installation
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems and other operations management tools
  • Valid driving License
