Food Safety Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our mission to revolutionise food safety and quality worldwide.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in molecular biology, biochemistry or a related field, and at least 12 months of recent laboratory experience in microbiology, biochemistry or chemistry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Producing, purifying and calibrating recombinant biosensor proteins and protease standards
  • Initial setup and standardisation of CYBERTONGUE instruments
  • Supporting the online management of our growing fleet of CYBERTONGUE instruments
