About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a customer service specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers via phone, email, and in-store.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new products and services.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must be a customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering great service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Candidate must be flexible and able to work a variety of hours across weekdays and weekends.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred but not necessary.
