Key Roles and Responsibilities

The Field Marketing Specialist supports the local face of a leading sports brand in line with global and national strategies. They establish local networks and create initiatives that drive credibility and connection in sports scenes.

  • Develop a sports strategy to enhance brand health and improve product understanding within sporting fields.
  • Execute marketing programs tailored to state needs, ensuring alignment with national brand strategies.
  • Identify key focus playgrounds, including events, scenes, and marketing opportunities, and manage relationships with creators, athletes, teams, and influencers.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Mid-level marketing experience and network within sport and active lifestyle in Victoria/Tasmania.
  • Strong people, networking, and collaboration skills, along with a passion for local sport culture.
