Housekeeping Supervisor Role

The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a pivotal role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our property, ensuring exceptional guest comfort at all times.

Responsibilities:
  • Mentorship: Provides extraordinary service to Team Members, empowering them to excel in their roles.
  • Department Oversight: Coordinates daily work activities, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Communication: Conducts daily meetings with Team Members, discussing shift objectives and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Roster Management: Assists in preparing Team Member rosters, optimizing workforce numbers.
  • Cleaning Projects: Implements special cleaning projects on a regular basis to maintain high standards.
  • Training and Development: Organizes skill training for Housekeeping Team Members.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensures adherence to OH&S regulations and emergency procedures.
  • Inter-Departmental Collaboration: Communicates effectively with other departments to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Amenity Maintenance: Conducts regular checks to ensure facilities are cleaned and maintained according to Health and Safety guidelines.
  • Inventory Control: Assists in managing Housekeeping inventory.
  • Lost Property: Accurately records and stores lost property to facilitate quick returns to guests.
