Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Operations Coordinator to join our team in Perth, Australia. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the smooth operation of our travel business. This includes handling incoming reservations, coordinating team activities, training, supervising, and coaching staff. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining campervans in top condition, controlling workforce planning, managing inventory, local suppliers, and cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming reservations and coordinate check-ins and check-outs
  • Train and supervise team members to ensure they meet company standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized fleet of campervans
  • Control workforce planning and manage inventory and local suppliers
  • Handle customer complaints and emergencies

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role
  • Fluent in English (mandatory)
  • Eligible to work in Australia and hold a valid driver's license
  • Available to work weekends and public holidays
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
