Hospitality Service Assistant

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and food preparation in a fast-paced cafe environment.
- Cash handling and food handling responsibilities
- Providing outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Cleaning and maintaining the cafe area to a high standard
- Catering for events and functions, including setting up and serving food and beverages
You will be responsible for:
- Preparing and serving food and beverages to customers
- Operating cash registers and handling customer transactions
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Assisting with event setup and serving food and beverages
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Previous experience in hospitality (desired)
- HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
- HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
- Food Safety Certificate (online course)
