Job Description:As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, achieving business objectives, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will lead by example, coach and develop team members to provide excellent customer service and product expertise.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the store team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Develop strategies for continuous improvement, including visual merchandising and marketing plans
- Manage budgeting and inventory processes to maximize sales and profit growth
- Engage with the local community through events and projects that promote the store's brand and reputation
- Demonstrated leadership experience with a focus on driving high-performing teams of over 50
- Previous experience in big box retail or multi-site leadership roles in speciality retail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others
- Proven track record of building service-focused teams and driving change initiatives
- Flexibility to work rotational rosters, public holidays, and weekends as required
