Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail leadership and customer service. They will be able to inspire and motivate their team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in store.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to take on a challenge and develop their skills in people leadership, supervision and customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting store operations and assisting with leading our teams.

The Assistant Store Manager plays a key role in ensuring the success of our store by providing guidance, support and development opportunities to their team members. In addition to this, they will be:

  • A hands-on leader who is happy to work in all areas of the store and lead by example
  • Dedicated to building a customer-centric culture to deliver exceptional customer service every time
  • Able to share product knowledge and experience with their team
  • Experienced in leading, developing and motivating a team to meet their full potential
